Violet took in a deep breath and she closed her eyes, the pokemon lowering her wings to they reached the ground and gently rested there and she nodded her head. Logan gave out his own breath which was very shakey and nervous but the man seemed to be readying himself all the same, kneeling down beside the flying type and then flicking out the shirt in his hand and moving to wrap it around the eyes of the dragon pokemon before he gave her a small stroke on the head. At this, the noibat snapped her eyes open only to be greeted by darkness in front of her. She nodded and then moved out both her wings so they reached out at her sides before she nodded her head again, this was firmer and a deeper nod, and then she beat her wings. She moved up in to the air and right away veered to the left, the side of her right wing caught on the ring loop hanging from the roof in front of her and logan gave a nervous hiss but the face of the dragon grew more determined and she twisted right and ducked right through the next ring before the girl dove for the next, moving right through it with a wide grin now.

Little by little, his dragon was getting stronger. Sure, she was no where need where she needed to be in order to evolve but neither logan nor violet herself was very focused on this and for them, coming to the dojo was just a thing they did once a week to spend some time together and if the training worked out then that was just a very nice bonus on top. As such, the pair were in the dojo now and while the bat was flying around the room, it was with lazy wing flaps and the odd drop in height where the female didnt quite get the timing right or did the math to fall to the right place wrong. All the same, logan watched on below and smiled in pride as he did so. She was coming so far from the tiny little thing he had hatched out of an egg all those years ago. However, it seemed the dragon type caught her trainer thinking and she turned in the air, twisting one wing and then flying down so she shot right towards the police officer at speed and tried to fly in to his arms for a small surprise hug.

Logan was very happy as he watched his dragon type moving around the room she was in, the gijinka was currently sitting on the floor of the dojo with his eyes moving over the form of the flying type as she would flick up one wing and then use it to turn in the air before she would drop it or raise the other one to level herself out and begin another turn or twist in order to move to the next ring she was aiming for. It was becoming second nature to her, though logan sensed this was also down to the fact she was so used to the layout of the room they kept using and he made a note to himself to change the rings around next week or do something to try and make the training for the female a little harder. Of course he didnt want her to fail though, this thought make the purple haired man pause and he sighed. Was it unfair of him to want to push her, or should he let her get very good at what was there in front of her and ask her about more? It seemed harsh to try to make thing different just to be hard with her.

Logan knelt down beside his new pokemon and he offered out a hand to the vulpine dark type, the male seeming to look him over a series of times and notice the odd wince over the gijinka's face as well as a few hidden moments of what seemed to be pain before he shifted his head in to the palm of the man. "I can help..." he said in a quiet voice, closing his eyes and then there was a moment of warmth under the hand of the purple haired man before quiet. Looking down, Logan was confused to see a very faint looking flying type under his hand and he then reached it and his other hand out to catch the bird before it fell to one side. Tilting his head in confusion, he noticed what seemed to be a quiff of red hair on the top of the birds head, though with the feathers of the pokemon he had chosen it seemed the new little male had hidden this well. "You dont need to do that for me if it tires you out" logan said in a gentle voice, though the spearow in his hands grinned a little at this comment before he tried to ruffle his new wings.

Logan made sure to head up and out to hindors town before he got to any of his other chores this week, he wanted to help Cay with his training before he got anything else done and this meant he needed to make the cold trip out of the town before he went into the game plaza. This meant that the gijinka was slipping out of his coat just as Cay came to land on the desk of the girl who ran the dojo, though he did so as his flying type self instead of his normal self, and he seemed to be holding the form much better. She smiled at him, reaching out to stroke a wing which the male seemed to enjoy but as logan made his way down the hall, it became clear the male was still happier on the ground as a small spearow hopped from the desk and ran after his trainer on his talons rather than flying through the air. As he got to the open door logan presented, the boy seemed to wince at all the hops in the air and instead of flying up to one, merely hopped on to one and perched within it.

Cay had gotten in a little training over the last 2 weeks and logan was very happy with how far the dark type had come in that short time, he was able to change his form to several others but had found that his "spearow" form was the one he had the most ease with. He had even tried to learn a little from violet in the air but it was a hard thing for the boy to grasp, he had tried of course but after a series of crash landings and one incident where Cay needed to be reminded he didnt have a sprained wing because he didnt have wings in the first place. All of this had lead to Violet being the pokemon logan was training today, the dragon type flying through the air above the gijinka in the way she had done so many times before. As logan watched her, he tried to take note of how she moved her wings, how she shifted her body and how managed to glide through the air, all trying to take mental notes in the hope he could aid her in teaching these things to cay when they headed home again.
