The top floor of one of the largest skyscraper's in Mossrock, a large penthouse apartment is home to the current "Prince Charming" of the region. The whole place is almost entirely glass fronted giving a very nice view of the city below in the day and the sky above overnight with a lot of modern furnishings and a top floor open to the Skyline itself. Though the windows are smart, able to turn opaque at the press of a button from the owner, for his own uses of course.
