Don’t ask her how. Because honestly, even the breeder wasn’t sure how she accomplished such a thing. Yet, the raven haired woman spent her early morning moving her equipment around outside to set up an agility course for her alolan vulpix to run. The boy in question, off harassing the females of the pack in hopes one would amuse him in ways they didn’t want to amuse him. Genesis wasn’t about to pass on this opportunity, setting something up special for him

And after spending that all that time on the course, the defeated male almost refused to partake. Genesis wouldn’t allowed it, offering to find a piece of tail of he did the course for the rest of the day. She was sure to regret this promise, but wanted the ice type to get some kind of training in.

Moving to the starting platform, the woman ready herself for the run she was about to do. Akaash playing along. On go, the pair run the course as the human designed it. Akaash, not really giving it his all like he promise. However, Genesis didn’t want to push her luck. And after several hours of training, both were worn out from the amount of running they had to do in the cold weather. The alolan vulpix pleased to be done, also reminding the breeder her side of the deal. Great. He remembered.

Saiya was true to her species. A little trickster. And after the last stun she attempted to pull during her last battle, the raven haired woman needed to try and figure out a way to train her without her attempting to cheat. Deciding not to use the ability course this time around, the woman opted to just do a straight up battle. And luckily, Kirala offered to help.

Genesis stood behind the zorua, giving the rockruff a firm nod. Kirala had plenty of battle experience, so this would be a tough match for the zorua. Genesis command for Saiya to use scratch. But instead, the creature already tried to charm Kirala. She tried the ‘we are pack mates’ trick. The rockruff didn’t fall for it. Taking advantage of the zorua, the canine came in hot to tackle into the dark fox. However, Saiya actually had a brain. A flash of red in her eyes, detecting her path and evading the tackle. Genesis was proud of her.

Again, Saiya tried the we are friends trick. Kirala ignored her, turning around to kick up rocks to throw at the fox. Saiya attempted to dodge, but it failed. She got buried in the rock, knocking her out cold. Genesis sighed, moving to collected her dark fox. She explained to the weak zoura why she lost, but the fox didn’t care. Genesis thanked the rockruff for her help. Next time, Genesis might need to be a little more creative with her approach on teaching this one.

Despite the winter months being colder, Genesis wasn’t about to skip out on giving Zaheer some much needed training. After all, the sun harms the poor boy so he hardly gets out. The breeder also has a soft spot for Kirala, the momma begging her to get her first born in some special training. With that in mind and before winter puts a blanket on the forest, the raven haired woman was quick to set up a simple agility course for her rockruff before the sun fell behind the horizon.

Sniffling, Genesis dragged out the few portable lights she had and plugged them in. They lite up the area enough to see. “Alright Zaheer,” the woman smiled, turning to see where her pup was, “Let's get thus started before it gets too late.” “Come on my son,” Kirala cheered on the sidelines, “You need to be big and strong. How your little brother how its done!” Evo the growlithe, his father, let out a snort. Sirius, the newest litters pup, sat by his father. “Yeah, big brother,” the rockruff called out, very sarcastically, “Show me your moves.” Zaheer glared darkly at his younger brother, even baring his teeth as he leaped onto the platform.

Genesis shook her head, but made no comments. Instead, the breeder shivered in her boots while pulling out a stop watch. She moved to the same platform, shouting go when her finger hit the button. The pair darted off the starting platform, moving through the few things she set up before returning to the platform in a job well done. Zaheer was huffing and buffing, Genesis was finally not freezing. “Good job hunny!” Zaheer glared at his mother. Genesis couldn’t help but laugh out loud. She quickly gathered everyone in before a fight between siblings started... again.

It took a lot of effort to get her lucario to come out and partake in some special training. The poor canine has been depressed ever sense Genesis told him that she couldn’t get a hold of his lover Aurora. Ryoko had fallen into a deep depression, refusing to do anything other than wallow in his own sorrows. He believes that she left him in pursue of another male. Although the raven haired woman tried to convince him that she was just busy training, Ryoko didn’t fall for it.

A lot of time had passed. A lot of it. And finally, the breeder finally managed to get the lucario to come out. Ruby gaze fell upon the woman, still looking not well despite his over all health being perfect. The breeder began to explore the exercises, showing the canine by light punching the hanging bag. It was something she saw on tv, a fighter using these things to train. Ryoko nodded, lazily punch the bag. Genesis scoff, challenging him to put some effort into it. His lover might think he’s too soft when she comes back. He didn’t like that.

For the next several hours, Ryoko released all of his pent up anger and frustration on this poor defenseless bag. Each blow seemed to be stronger and stronger. Genesis could tell this was what he needed. And by the time he was down, the canine was panting hard and he knuckled bruised almost bloody. The breeder smiled at the canine, wrapping his fist and giving him a job well done nod. This will be a turning point for him. She could tell.

After the outcome of his last battle, Kuruk wasn’t a very happy canine to say the least. And the one thing that got to him the most upset, the thought of his father being disappointed in him after such a lost. No. He wasn’t taking about his real father. But his true father, Kyogre. If he found out about his humiliating lost against that bird, his father would surely disown him. This fact bugged him deeply, to the core. How was he to be a guardian of the sea when he can’t even win a simple pokemon battle?

Genesis busted her butt setting up an agility course to push shulian growlithe to his limits. He asked for it, so she was going to do it. For the next several hours, Genesis and Kuruk spent their time running the course over and over again. Two a frames, several tunnels, poles ranging in width, balancing beams, jumping beams, and the breeder even asked a few of her won pokemon to throw in random attacks at him when they returned to the platform. In the end, both were exhausted from the amount of effort they put into it. Genesis could only hope this would be enough to aid in getting the canine stranger.

It all happened so fast. Once minute, Genesis was explaining to Kovu how his species is unique in its evolution compared to other. He was asking questions, which was something she expected. A lot of them had to due with his mother’s evolution and which evolution was the ‘strongest’. Although the breeder told him that any evolution could be strong if trained probably, the pesky little brown fox misunderstood and thought evolution in general made him stronger.

The next minute, the little fox darted for her office. He knew where she kept all her stones. And to be honest, the woman never thought she had to lock them up. She learned that one the other day. By the time Genesis got to her office to try and stop the eevee from making a hasty decision, she witnessed the most beautiful yet disappointing thing. Kovu managed to find a stone, body took on the brilliant white glow of evolution. She held her breath, unsure which one he just happened to touch. Was it the fire stone, thunder stone, leaf stone, water stone, or ice stone?

That was why they were outside of her house today. He needed to get use to her new body. How it moves and how much it differs from his eevee form. Genesis spend the day setting up an agility course to help teach Kovu his new body. The newly evolved glaceon watched, long tail twitched every once in a while in silent judgement. Genesis offered him a small smile, giving him a nod to join her at the starting platform.

The glaceon leaped up to the platform, head held high. The breeder explained the course, pulling out a stop watch to time them. Kovu let out a huff. Genesis sighed, but ushered them feline canine forward. The pair spent the day running the course. Well… walking it. Kovu wouldn’t run. But still, he did the course as he designed. And in the end, the breeder was just happy that he was starting to adjust to his new form.

With one special training down, it was time to tackle the next. Luckily, the home gym didn’t have a closing time. And with spring in the air, it meant that the sun didn’t go down as early as before. Although the tree did cast the area into early darkness, it wasn’t something Genesis couldn’t handle with some outdoor lighting and such. She was also luck enough to be able to move her equipment around to fit her needs.

It was also helpful that the one training today was young. This would be their first training session leaving the breeder plenty of time after setting up to give the course a run. The snubbull let out a series of playful excited barks, eager to get some training in. She hated being treated like a weak cute puppy. She was tough and wanted to train to make that a point.

Moving to the starting platform, the pair got ready. Like always, the raven haired woman explained everything to the newer pup. And only after pulling out the stop watch, did the true test begin. Finger came down on the button, pushing the pair to run the course. It proved difficult for the pup, struggling to complete some of the things that Genesis didn’t think she would struggle with. In the end, the snubbull hang her head in shame. The breeder was quick to tell the pup it’s alright, always gotta start somewhere.
