It had very quickly become apparent to nix that while she adored her seel, the female was not the most awake or alert of the pokemon on the rangers team. She was a sweetheart who wanted to spend as much of her time as she could in the river at the back of the Night's home and as such, whenever nix was home, that was where the water type could be found. Today, she was out there as nix headed off from the house with tain, the water type assumed they were off to train up at the dojo again as they did each week and she gave a small spurt of water in farewell before she started splashing deeper in to the river.

It took a little while before she was deep enough in to the water to be under it, the river was a long one though so there was no issue. She knew her way back to the house too, so she started to dip down in to the warm water and looked down to see the pokemon below her. Some moved over the stones at the bottom of the river, some swam past her, and she giggled as she watched this and swam backwards herself.

With her trainer heading off to the dojo again, ripley waved good bye to the redhead and grass type as they wandered out the side gate and she raised her tail high. Moments later, she heard the gate clatter shut and she squealed softly, turning from her spot on the lawn and half hopping and half throwing herself down the small path to the river at the back of the home. She was in the water within a few moments, splashing through it to get to the deeper spot and swimming down stream within a few seconds more.

As she swam down stream, she paused here and there to wave to pokemon she was coming to know before she paused as she found the water beginning to grow darker. Lifting her head, she re-surfaced and frowning noting a stick had fallen in to the river and turned across it, leading leaves and others stick to get trapped behind it on a small curve. The water type shoot her head, swimming closer and then turned, slamming her tail hard in to the blockage and snapping the twig clean in half. The dead leaves and sticks rushed past her, ripley nodding her head proudly as they were washed away.

Ripley was actually the first one in the night household to wake up for the day nix had marked off to be the day of chores, the seeley getting up and slipping out the door that nix had installed on the back door so she was able to get out in to the garden as the summer sun was still rising. She slipped over the grass of the back garden, leaving a line shaped like herself which the sell only noticed as she got to the ledge she would have normally hopped off of to get in to the stream. Upon seeing a large line from the back door to herself, she giggled and then move over to she slide a little over the dew covered grass in a new direction and watched as the line moved with her.

Within a few moments, a plan began to grow in her head and she slid back across the grass again and again, pushing herself left and right and soon beginning to huff loudly. In fact, she was so loud that she soon noted, having finished her work and laid on the ground to rest, that the window of nix's room was not only open but her trainer and her son were leaning on it looking down upon the large smiling face the seel had drawn over the lawn, both laughing gently.

Ripley had quite worn herself out last week with her early morning work and the like, as such, she had woken up early again this morning but she did so when the other pokemon in the night house were beginning to stir too. The morning was still barely broken by the time she and lila moved outside, but the seel would hear nix and oakley still upstairs asleep. Knowing this, the water type slipped down to the back of the garden and then slipped down the slope she ahd made by sliding down it many times and hit the water of the stream below.

She rolled as she slipped in to the water, giggling to herself as she did so before she hopped down the stream and swam a little deeper in to the water beyond the houses grounds. She was quick to swim down the water, pausing as she found a small green plant she didnt know but she lifted her head at a sound and then swam on. She found herself beside a small ducklett, the white pokemon waving a fin to the other water type who cheeped back to her before swimming over to play with the girl.

This week, Kuda had been the pokemon left in the Night garden while the rest of the group had gone out shopping. Well Lila was around but she was in the process of trying to learn how to write a letter and take off to see winner without anyone noticing her, Kuda happy to cover for her in this time and this being the reason the male had waited behind. As such, he was in the garden on his own and soon found himself wandering over and beginning to nibble softly on some of the leaves he liked and then, when he noted weed growing around then, flicking out a small burst of fire from his nose to burn the intruders.

This lead to the male moving around the garden, burning up weeds here and there and then wandering over to the patches of earth he knew lila was going to need turned and pressing his hooves in to them to move the earth around. Sure, by the time he was done he was a right state, but he also had helped the out the bug pokemon and he knew that come the rest of the family getting ready to pant more, he had helped there too.

Ripley was up early in the morning, knowing nix would be heading off soon for the game plaza in mossrock and then up to hindors town for her weekly dojo session with tain. In fact the seel waved the pair off as they set off, herself moving down to the end of the garden and then slipping in to the little dug out slide she had made for herself by going down it so many times in to the river behind the home. It was still hot out and so, she took longer to get to deep water as the water was all so shallow from being too warm but she was there in time.

Once she could, she swam out and down the river so it was deep enough for her to dive under the surface and she let herself rest on the bottom of the river with a happy sigh as she felt the cold water wash over her. She felt something swim past her side, but as nothing happened in the next moments, she lay there with her eyes closed until she knew she needed to swim up for air. That being said, she tried to push it, to see how long she could last, before she swam up at the last moment and gasped for air.

Considering that ripley had been up and about last week, Kuda took the first chance to be up this week and trotted out in to the garden with a small yawn but a nod of his head. He glanced left and right and then looked over the garden before he moved across it with slow and careful steps, coming to pause beside the drop down to the creek. He snorted a little, distaste on his face as he noted ripley had now carved a small slip in to the water.

Rolling his eyes and pressing his hooves in to the ground, he found it was firm enough not to break away and fall down so he turned away and started back across the garden. As he came to the middle of it, he stretched himself out before he settled on a plan. He didnt want to risk the garden by using his fire type moves so he settled on bucking out, kicking back as hard as he could and trying to keep his balance as he did so. This took a few tries before he stopped wobbling as he kicked, though he found this only worked in one direction for now.

Ripley had been training so much and so often that it seemed hunter was beginning to notice the change, the female was more bold and she was happy to deal with small fighting between the pokemon she was growing close to but the male found himself wanting someone different. Sure, nix spoke more and more often of getting enough power to take on a gym, but hunter knew that right now he was far too weak to be an aid with that and he did not like it.

As such, he was out in the garden in the morning and noted there were several piles of dirt along the flower beds which suddenly stopped beside some weeds. Twitching his head to one side, he lowered his nose and he caught the scent of the butterfree who tended to watch over the garden. Nodding to himself, he bent down and started to dig out the other weeds he could see as he moved along. The bug was not the strongest and he had to think she gave this up because she got too tired last night, thus he was helping with her issue by doing this, that was his thought process.
