A hazy little sapling

With rain on her shoulder, or rather with rain trying to sit on her shoulder and moving up and down the arm of the breeder since she kept seeing things in their way out to hindors town and kept wanting to pause to look at new flowers or say hello to new people, hallie was heading for the dojo. The walk itself took a lot longer than it had been planned to take, of course hallie knowing it was better than to plan an accurate time with her training pokemon, so once they were there, a moments pause arose.

Rain was tired from all the walking and talking, and flower smelling and picking, and as she settled a small bunch of wildflower on the desk where the receptionist would soon be, the dragon seemed too tired to train. As such, hallie went with an idea of hers and wandered down the corridor to the pool. She moved to the shallower one beside the normal pool, setting her dragon type down in the water which she quickly began to blow bubbles in and begin to giggle, hallie smirking as she knelt down beside her. Sure, it wasnt big training, but it was training in endurance, if nothing else.

Hallie had a lot of young pokemon on her team, something which both with and against her most of the time. It meant that a lot of the motherly pokemon she had, mother in their own rights and very much missing their own kids from time to time, were able to care for the little herd she had formed and it balanced out. It also meant there was always another kid to be able to play with or spend time with, they always had freinds.

As Hallie stood beside the race track and watched Peef run around it, she was reminded of the other side. It meant there was always someone who was a bit more tired or grumpy, there was someone who wanted to do things while others needed rest or wanted time away from others. She had noted the tone of the group in time today, gotten the over excited youngest member of the team down to the dojo where he was happily boiling off steam by running as fast as his hooves could carry him with a grin over his face and sparks rolling off his tail, but it was something the breeder noted she was going to have to try to remain aware of going forwards.

Hallie had of course trained a lot of pokemon who she thought of as equine, she had a bit of a thing for horse like pokemon really and as much as she might have tried to deny it as a younger child, she could admit it now. Yes, her mothers love of water types rubbed off on her, yes, fathers love for exploring and seeing the world also got to her and it seemed it mixed together and formed a love of most pokemon with hooves.

To this end, she had bought and raised Aries for a while but they pair had done very little with one and other. The girl was always happy to be in the group, be the leader of it and form plans and tactics no less but she also was happy to sit back and allow all her team mates to take the focus. And they did, meaning to or not.

So, here hallie was, trying to help the sheep train this week and only getting her in the waiting room of the dojo, listing off ideas to help the others. She had ideas for helping niri fly better, faster, further and help in their exploring. Ways for rain to do more so they could move greater distances and even a small thought towards planning out a plan between meadow and sunburst to get them working together on a report project for plants. The normal type trotted back and forth in front of her trainer, spouting off ideas in an excited bubble of words.

Sighing, Hallie gave up on her thoughts of running or racing, focusing instead on the adventurous little sheep in front of her and her ideas, training in her own way, not that the breeder quite has that worked out yet.
