The outside of Apartment 201-512 is nothing much, sure you needed to come up to the 20th floor to get here so that would have been a lot of effort, though, the evelvator to get this far was plently fancy enough to give you a hint of what might be coming next. The door opens up in to a small back area of the aparment, a large curling staircase in front of it and you then open in to the main area of the home.
The kitchen is covered in a marble countertop with stainless steel over mostly everything else, the staircase itself also seems to be made of marble but a very pure white color and leads up to a balacony above the main area. There are two doors here, one on the right and left, clearly leading to more of the home. In this room itself though there is a large dining table with a series of antlers arranged as a center piece and the chairs seemingly labeled with them arranged in different shapes from the head downwards.
There is a seating area on the other side, two large sofas and a table in the center clearly arranged for people or pokemon to spend time together and then a fireplace to one side of it that seems to heat the room as well as underfloor heating under the tiled floor. There is a door outside to a very small balancony too, though this is large enough for a single chair and table outside and very clearly overshadowed by something larger overhead.
Should you head upstairs and to the right, there is a very simple bedroom. To one side is a walk in warbrobe about the size of the a normal living room with a bathroom through one door in the wall. The bedroom itself is sparse, a very large queen size bed in its center facing one of the many windows and a large art piece of what seems to be Xerneas standing over Kalos above the bed itself. There is a simple chair in one corner and a small desk, covered in papers, and what seems to be a single drawer under it.
The bathroom seems to carry the same simple element, the floor cool and plain to the touch with a shower to one side of the room and a toilet in the other with a sink beside it. The largest part of the room is taken up but a large sunken bath which curls in to itself to give seating as well as a little room to move around. It has a Jacuzzi setting and a series of holes in the side of it, clearly designed for glasses or cups.
The final part of the home is the largest and the one which only works when its not raining, though lars will wander in and out of the rooftop if it is or not, though hes careful not to take his guests up there. There is a small pool on the roof which over looks the entire city as the largest building within it, along with a firepit and ring of chairs around it and even a roof top bar to one side, another area tucked to the corner for seating and a small patch of green for pokemon to relax on or enjoy, or use as somewhere to land if and when it is needed. The area is tended to by the staff of the apartment, who also clean the home, and during bad weather there is in fact a dome which comes up from the surrounding supports to cover the entire area but lars doesnt use this often and prefers to be able to feel the elements.
