Training with your Demons - Astra's dojo

☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ Hindors town. The Dojo. She had heard of it of course, she had grown up in the region where people told of a place where they could take their pokemon and train without needing to battle and it had seemed like a neat idea to a child and then to a useful one as a teen. As an adult however, now on a very different path to either of those the younger versions of herself may have had standing here, Astra knew she needed the dojo. As a result, she was quick to wander inside and ask the girl at the desk a series of questions. Where could she go, which rooms was she allowed in, what would be the best for her pokemon? They fired off like bullets but the girl was quick to return answers in a volley of information which pleased and satiated the blue haired girl, her turning away with a small thanks to head to "the pool". Once inside the room, Minnow burst from his ball with a series of insults and nasty comments for being confined but he also caught the reflection of the water quickly so his words stopped and he ran towards it. Diving in to the pool he quickly dropped as low as he could to the bottom before turning himself and trying to swim up quickly, attempting to hop out of the water as high as he could, before dropping back in to it and trying once more. @mod

☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ With a week offically as a trainer, her pokedex even pinged off to let her know it this morning, Astra found herself miles ahead of where she ever expected to be. She had put her hands to the grindstone of course, but now she had pokemon coming out of her pockets, pokeballs she couldnt open and needed to head to a source to unlock and a team that was pretty darned fleshed out. The issue now was they needed work, and considering the personailties she had to work this, she needed to plan this. This was the thinking behind today, her smallest team member currently in her lap as she moved across the Dojo room she was in before she moved her legs and dropped the boy on the ground. He turned his head, glaring to her with milky eyes but he was glancing past her which earned a laugh. In the next second, a bean bag from a close pile seemed to wobble itself in to the air and throw itself at her which the woman quickly batted away with a hand. "Try harder" she growled out playfully, moving to all fours as another bean bag moved in to the air, pokemon and trainer both suddenly a flurry of movement. @mod

☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ What she was doing was making things harder for herself and she knew it, she was very aware of it, but all the same Astra found herself unable to turn down pokemon she wanted or knew she was going to want in the future when they became an option. It was in this state she found herself with a room full of pokemon who wanted to train at the dojo this week and she watched as some of them began to fight with one and other and others just began to try to convince her, the woman giving out a frazzled sigh before she found her mind just taking over her mouth. "Orri. Orri gets to train because shes not being a pest" the woman had said, setting off half her team to saying they weren't an issue while the other half proved why they were. In fact as she sat in the pitch black room and thought back on it, it was only the smile of her ghost type appearing beside her which made her relax. She watched as the colouring faded away and then re-appeared on the other side of the room, soft words drifting to her gently. "Every time, every time you notice before i get close enough" muttered the ghost pokemon, Astra giggling to herself, she'd tell her, one day. Just not yet. @mod

☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ Techinally, other pokemon were on her to do list when it came to training, but right now the woman was in no place to fight with her cubone and she also knew how hard that bone when it came at a high speed in to ones shins so she was taking the girl along in the hope she could really train her hard today and wear her out. Then either she would not want to come back again or, she would be tired to be a hassle for a few days. Both worked well. What the woman had not been ready for the moment she opened the door to her planned room was for Valla to rush in, bone in hand and being to spin it around as beanbags were launched one at a time towards her. She swung at one and sent it blasting across the room before another caught her in the side and she whirled around, eyes narrowing as she hefted the bone up again and then span back as another launched at her and she slammed it downwards. Deciding she didn't want to find herself on the end of one of the bags, Astra waited beside the door as the firings slowly sped up. @mod
