☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ Aesop was a good pokemon. He meant well, he tried hard, he pushed himself in his training to be the best that he could do and get the best results. The issue was that the reason he tried so hard was he was convinced it would bring out his dragon typing, the reason he was pushing as hard as he could to the point the boy was sleeping for days after training or just hurting himself was because "well all us dragons can handle it" which was beginning to become an issue. That had lead to Astra's cunning plan this week, bringing the grass type to the pool and while it took a little bit of pointing out that Evi swam with no issue and she was great at and Dore enjoyed strength training in the water, the grass type was hesitant at first. A little more "well the other dragons do it, i guess if you dont want to" sprinkled on top and now there was a chikorita using the leaf on his head to try and scoop water out of the pool as he kicked out little legs which were not used to swimming and tried to lap the pool just the one time to prove a point. After almost an hour. @mod

☽ Luna Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ Luna intended to train Katsuki. He was another of the team members who was going to need a lot of training and time in order to reach the evolutions he wanted to get to but she also knew he was going to get to the early things pretty quick, seeing as he hit everything and everyone he came across before most of them had a chance to do much. As such, she was not going to risk training him in the house, instead bringing the fire type to the dojo and barely getting in to the room she had picked for training before his ball had burst open and he was on the floor demanding to know why he was out of the house, where they were going and who he was fighting. When luna pointed to the huge block of ice, and the smaller holes in the wall where small bursts of cold kept blasting from, the male frowned and rolled his eyes. "Hey, you wanna get stronger, so do it right. Burning bugs and kicking rats butts wont work forever" she countered, earning a snap of the males jaws for her words before he turned around and shot a blast of flame towards the ice block and.....nothing. Then, he just started to hit it. @mod

☽ Luna Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ This was a new one. Sure, Luna had a lot of fire types and she had done a lot of work with a lot of fire types but she didnt really spend the most time training them one on one. And even less in the house, or apartment, but at the same time, Pyra was one of the most level headed pokemon she had on her team so she figured it was worth a shot. For the moment, trainer and pokemon were both sitting on the table in the middle of the living area, Luna in her normal outfit beside a vest top she had on with one hand reaching forwards while Pyra looked up to her with a raised eyebrow and confused look. "Its not all about using fire, it can be about controlling it and focusing it too" the woman explained, flexing out her fingers. The flames were quick to come, wrapping around her hand and flickering back and forth. With a small grunt of effort, luna tried to pull them in to a blade shape and it worked, for a few seconds and a lot of twisting her wrist. It failed shortly after, but in the next moment, pyra tipped her head back and formed a small red flame, closing her eyes tightly, and the color moved from orange to blue, and then the fire type gave her own grunt of effort and the flame burned out. @mod

☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ Evi was another one of those pokemon where Astra was very aware she was going to have to put a lot of time and effort in to the pokemon in order to see much of a return in terms of power, not something the water type was focused on and not something she was keen to do in terms of evolution but at the same time, Astra didnt want the dragon to get caught out on a cold day and find herself basically a popsicle. As such, today, they were doing a sort of endurance training which was a hard sell but seemed to be paying off. Evi was moving from a ice bath on one side of the room and then dashing over to a warmer bath on the other side which seemed to both soothe her and relax the female before she would turn back, Astra timing each length in the ice bath until 5 more seconds had passed and then, ringing off a small buzzer. It had begun at about 10 seconds but they were almost coming up on a minute now, it was getting impressive and Astra was happy this was strengthening and ensuring the safety of her dragon type. @mod

☽ Astra Sallow ☾ ☠ There's two sides to every story ☠ Now this, this was new. Astra had yet to really focus her training on a flying type seeing as they had wings and had their own ways of getting around and getting work done but all the same, Jackdaw had both the wings which he needed to learn to use right and also paws and claws too. Getting all of them to work together or in the right order was her end goal, the idea of strong wings slashing forwards followed by sharp claws and then a hard kick being a fun idea for a move in her mind. In reality, her flying type had just crashed in to another foam wall and slid down it. "Look, lets try just stopping for now. Fly at it as fast as you can, and then try to avoid hitting it in any way!" she found herself thinking out loud, offering her idea up as she held out one hand and the bird chirped a small insult towards her before trying once more. He did manage not to hit the wall this time, only he hit it with his paws and bounced back in to the air which both counted and didnt, but it was progress! @mod
