Twily walked up to the large round building that she'd been told about. Apparently they offered training rooms for pokemon and their trainers. It was about time that she did some training with Sprite and Red. She entered the building, her ghostly companions following her closely behind. The lady at the desk looked up at Twily's entry and frowned at the sight of her pokemon.
"I'm sorry, but you can only train one pokemon at a time here, you'll have to choose which one you'll have out. Sorry, it's policy so that trainers don't get overwhelmed by their pokemon," the lady apologized.
Twily was surprised, but accepted the rule and returned Sprite to her pokeball. "I guess we'll switch off which pokemon I train each week, then." She shrugged. "Can I have a ghost-type training room?"
"Of course; what's the name for the room?" The lady behind the counter said cheerfully.
"Twilight Ferngully," Twily replied. Her and Red were shown to a room with a ghostly purple door, and when Twily entered the room, she stopped, looking around at the different equipment that was strewn about.
There were several fake walls standing up in the room, labeled with different materials that they were made out of, apparently for practicing ghost-phasing; there was a temperature gauge for measuring room temperature as well. There were several targets set up across from the phasing walls, and apparently some of them were capable of moving along a track on the floor.
"Well, let's get started, shall we, Red?" Twilight hummed. Red nodded, hovering in the air, waiting for her command. "OK, first, let's see how your phasing is. Try to phase through the lead wall."
Red muttered an affirmative before flying with ease through the walls she directed him through. "Good, now let's see what your Ominous Wind looks like! Use Ominous Wind on the targets!" Twily ordered.
Red nodded, and closed his eye for a moment to focus. Then his eye snapped open, glowing an ominous purplish-red hue, and then a terrible howling wind rushed through the room, ripping at the targets with its ghostly energy.
In the next second, it was over, and the targets were left with huge gashes in them, horizontally across the targets as if a blade had sliced through them. "Good job, Red, now do it again!" Twily and Red continued their training for several hours before Twily decided they had done enough for the day, and they traipsed out of the dojo, Red being tired but satisfied with how he had done.
