[attr="class","icon"] It shouldn’t be a surprise that Vallon, of all people, was out this late at night in the middle of the wilderness. Despite having a place to hide from the team rocket higher ups, they knew where he lived and refused to give him the solitude he so desperately wanted. His plan to better avoid the rocket higher up failed. And the worst part about the whole thing, he was now broke once again and had hardly anything in his name.[break][break]
The sounds of loud slurping was getting on his nerves. Yet, he would rather hear that than have to answer question after question with the darn male. Still, Vallon could help but cast the illusioned white haired boy an annoyed look. Blue intense orbs glared, mentally grabbing the pokemon and shaking him violently. Of course, this would be too much effort of him and a waste of time. Instead, Vallon grunted to himself and turned away. Shrykos, the hisui zorua who was casting said illusion boy over his appearance, simply let his bi color eyes look at the gijinka before returning back onto the trail. Other than the obnoxious slurping of candy, all was quite between them. This is what Vallon wanted. Silence.[break][break]
That changed when a familiar voice rang out, Vallon’s gaze shifted to meet the cold eyes. He wasn’t expecting to see anyone out here. So to see this woman, of all people, was a complete surprise. Despite said surprise, this emotion didn’t show itself on his facial features. In fact, the only thing the was revealed on his normal emotionless mask was a slight brow raise as he stopped in his tracks.[break][break]
For a moment, the hybrid was silent. And for that moment, things were awkward. Typically in this silence, the responder would be thinking of what to say or do next. But, that’s not Vallon. He was simply silent for that long only because he wasn’t sure if he should ignore the woman or not. “Hungry?” The illusioned white haired boy slurped out, breaking the silence stare between the two, “Who’s hungry?” Intense blue orbs flickered to the young male, only to fall back onto the woman. “Are you lost or something?” The man finally spoke. Beside him, the hisui zorua stood confused still slurping loudly on his hard candy.

| Frost Ah, he wasn't alone. The child beside him seemed a bit odd but everyone was in her mind. It was going to be somewhat of a one-sided conversation. Honestly, she hadn't expected to meet anyone least of all she'd encountered only once before here and yet she didn't seem to mind this. They weren't friends, but nor were they enemies as far as she knew. Frost didn't expect anything from Hungry except for him to leave; she wouldn't hold it against him, since they were on mountain at night, for heaven's sake.
"I should be asking you the same question," she thought, yet refrained from saying it aloud. It wasn't her business, nor did she feel like prying. "No, far from it!"
Frost's gaze switched from the emotionless man to the child. Was he a sibling, friend, or... a Pokémon in disguise? Looks could be deceiving after all, but she refrained from asking, considering it was none of her concern. "I am looking for someone. A friend who was supposed to meet me at the foot of the mountain hours ago but never showed."
Partly true, but that should be enough to not arouse suspicion. It wasn't as if Hungry even cared, but she couldn't let her guard down. "Have you seen anyone maybe a cry from a pokemon?"
