APPEARANCE
Aster stands at a decent 173cm tall (5'8") with an otherwise standard build. Middle of the road would describe Aster's measurements, but when it came to appearance it's obvious the type of person he is. Sporting medium length black hair with red highlights, blue eyes, a sharp looking face, and an outfit that screams "punk culture" with a black jacket and a themed T-Shirt from the Lucky Lopunny brand of clothing, plus some long jeans that are kept in good condition. Aster's T-Shirt is mostly white with an image of a Lopunny's head outline drawn in a style that looks like black spray paint and has an eyepatch over one eye and the Lucky Lopunny logo beneath it.

HISTORY
Aster was born in Mossdeep City Hoenn where his parents worked as researchers at the Mossdeep Space Centre. Both parents were excited to teach Aster all about their workplace and have him join the team when he was old enough, and although Aster did put his best effort in to try and learn the ropes it was apparent as the years went by that an academic life just didn’t fit him. Struggling to operate and understand some of the research equipment, along side a general lack of interest when it came to space as his attention was drawn elsewhere: The Pokémon contests of Lilycove city. Where Aster struggled with science and logic he thrived with the creative arts and loved watching the performances put on by Contest Stars and Poké Idols alike.
Though he wasn’t bullied for his interests he was quite defensive when people told him to take interest in more traditionally masculine or professional career routes. Often times comments were muttered under the breath of other people within Mossdeep, and although he could take the backhanded comments with strive whenever anyone mentioned his parents or questioned their parenting method he’d get more aggressive. Aster was grateful for his loving parents, even if their interests didn’t align they encouraged him to follow his heart wherever that lead, as it’s how the two of them found the Space Centre and each other.
Eventually Aster gained a bit of a reputation within Mossdeep as the rough exterior punk that had some odd interests and often got into fights without pokémon. A dangerous individual who had a soft spot for his parents and contests. Upon leaving Hoenn to emark on his own journey across the Shula region and make a name for himself via the contests there, his father expressed concern to Aster’s mother due to the loud mouthed and generally rough appearance that Aster usually had. The man would stick out like a sore thumb if he tried signing up for a Cuteness Contest, and his father worried about how he’d react to the audience’s thoughts of Aster.
Aster never had a pokemon of his own and fancied the idea of starting fresh once he got to the Shula Region instead of catching a pokemon closer to home to bring with him. If he was going to enter in the contests within the region may as well use the pokemon that are available there. After conversing with his parents over Xtransceiver in what was an embarrassing conversation about not thinking ahead about these things they managed to get in contact with the staff at the Seabreeze Village Pokemon Lab where Aster would recieve his first pokemon a buneary. The suggestion of the rabbit pokemon came from Aster's mother who knows that Aster is a big fan of Lucky Lopunny products and wanted to get him a pokemon he'd enjoy. Aster's father suggested a Lunatone or Absol but upon hearing that they were rare in Shula and it would cause problems trying to gather them, the idea was shot down. Aster expressed thanks for his father's consideration to get him a pokemon that would remind him of Hoenn, understanding the intent of the suggestion.
As the delinquent upcoming coordinator rocked up to the shores of Seabreeze Village he'd be met with his first trial in this new land. Finding his way towards the lab to pick up his partner for the journey to come. What happens next has yet to be written in the annals of time, as Aster’s tale has just begun.
