Leo had heard of a place where you could go to train your pokemon. Something both he and his Vulpix, Ember, were interested in doing. Not necessarily because he was insistent on Ember being a powerhouse, however it seemed like something fun to do and if it helped give her a bit more strength then why not, right? Leo made his way to "the dojo" and looked on in amazement as he came across the large round building before him. It certainly gave off the aura of strength. "Look at this place girl!" the teen exclaimed to his small companion who yipped in excitement back to him. He began to wonder what it would be like inside, but wondering would not get him anywhere! Leo ran his fingers through his dark hair before eagerly placing one foot in front of the other, making his way to the large doors that stood before him and pushing them open. Upon entering, he noted a receptionist sitting behind a desk, and figured that would be the best place to begin. The receptionist provided the teen with details of what each room did, however for the time being Leo figured, for a bit of fun he would get Ember doing some target practicing. Ember trotted along next to Leo as they made their way into a room. "Right Ember. The aim of the game is to hit as many target as you can!" he explained to the young fox as he ruffled the fur on her head. She looked up to her trainer and nodded before marching forward. Before long the targets began to appear, slowly at first, but gradually getting quicker, with Ember firing off small blasts of fire in an attempt to hit them as they appeared. "Go on Ember! You can do it" Leo called out, encouraging the young fox in her challenge. Eventually the targets ceased appearing, bringing the session to an end and Ember making her way slowly back to her trainer ready to leave for the day.

The sun was rising slowly and Leo was moaning at the fact he was awake so early. He was definitely not an early bird by any means. Ember on the other hand was jumping up and down yipping with excitement. She knew it was time for another round at the Dojo. Leo couldn't fathom the excitement himself, exercising was most certainly at the bottom of his list of things he would willingly do. But he smiled at his partner nonetheless, if she enjoyed it then he wouldn't hold it against her. "Let me wake up Ember. A boy needs his sleep!" he yawned as he stretched himself out. A short time later, Leo finished styling his dark hair, before picking up his bag and looking forwards. "Okay. Let's do this!" Leo spoke sternly. Ember looked to her trainer, a focused look upon her face as she gave a small yip before jumping into the teen's arms. Entering the large round building once more, Leo approached the receptionist and signed his partner up for another round of training. This time it would be an obstacle course. The two entered the room, and Ember readied herself for what was to come. "Okay go for it Ember!" Leo called as Ember lowered her head before launching herself forward. The fox leapt over some boulders blocking her path before weaving in and out of some cones that were placed systematically, crawling through a small tunnel and back round to the beginning to begin another lap. Leo watched as Ember repeated the cycle another 3 times before returning to her trainer, clearly worn out but satisfied with her work. "Good job sweetie! You can rest now!"

Round three! Before Leo and Ember stood the large round building that would push them to their limits with the training regimes that were all seemingly carefully crafted to train the pokemon in whichever area they decided to train in at any given time - The Dojo. The young Vulpix seemed as eager as ever to get inside, much to the confusion of her trainer, who was the complete opposite to her. She seemed to enjoy being so active whereas Leo preferred to take it easy and relax. "You are a strange one Emby" the teen chuckled as he leant down and ruffled the fur on her head. The fox met this with an excitable yip, using her paw to point towards the door of the dojo, indicating she wanted to get in there. Leo eventually obliged and the pair walked through the doors and straight to the reception area where Leo requested a room to train Embers physical strength this time. Entering the room, the pair were met with multiple dummies placed around the room prepared for the pokemon to practice their close quarter combat moves. Ember stepped around the room surveying the different dummies, sizing them up as of they were real opponents. "Okay Ember. Physical moves only this time!" Leo instructed the Vulpix who nodded back to her trainer in acknowledgement before launching herself towards the first target. It was set to he a long day!

LEO XANDER LOCKWARD Leo made his way once again to the large round building that would be the dojo. However this time he had some new friends joining him in the form of Chespy the Chespin and Freya the Ponyta. Chespy was just a lively and keen to get stuck in to anything, just like Ember, whereas Freya was rather calm and collected. For this week, Leo decided that it would Chespy who took on the challenge of the dojo. Being the lowest level of his pokemon, Leo knew it would be wise to begin his training sooner rather than later. Ember nodded to Leo in understanding of his plans whilst Chespy began to imitate punching and kicking the air, causing the teen to chuckle slightly. "That's the spirit little guy! But we'll see how energetic you are when we leave!" The group entered the building and like clockwork, Leo signed up for another session. For Chespy, he decided to go with physical strength training to begin with. He knew the pokemon was speedy so they could be worked on at a later stage. Entering the room, Leo set up the training targets. Ember and Freya sat to the side of the room observing what was to be the grass type launching into a physical barrage of punches and kicks, taking out as many targets as possible, while Leo followed around setting them back up again. Eventually Chespy reached the end of his session, crashing down to the floor and laying on his back panting from exhaustion. Leo smirked slightly before raising the grass type off of the ground and into his arms. "Told ya. LEO XANDER LOCKWARD Another week, another early morning treck to the dojo. Leo was not a morning person, at all, but he would do anything for his pokemon who always seemed so keen to get the training in. He couldn't complain as the training would benefit all of them I'm the long run. Freya trotted along next to her trainer, keeping an eye on the younger Vulpix and Chespin who were chasing each other down the path, every now and then letting loose a loud huff to warn the younger two that they were straying too far away. Leo chuckled softly as he gently pet the equine pokemon. "It's nice to have someone else help keep those two in line!" he spoke warmly to the Ponyta who responded with a neigh. Freya was up for the training today. Leo intended to work on her agility with an obstacle course, hopefully the one Ember had used previously. Entering the building, Leo made his way to the receptionist, his three pokemon in tow. Signing the group in, he thanked the person behind the desk and made their way to the agility training room. Leo ushered the two younger pokemon to the sidelines whilst Freya made her way to the start line of the course. "Okay Freya, let's see what you've got!" Leo spoke sternly to the Ponyta who nodded in acknowledgement before darting off from the start line. Just like Ember, the equine pokemon traversed the rocks with ease, weaving in and out of the cones and crouching under a low beam before darting around again to repeat the course. After a while the Ponyta began to slow down, clearly running out of steam. Leo smiled softly before calling her back to the group. "Way to go girl!" the teen spoke proudly, petting the pokemon before turning to the other two. "Wasn't she great?" he asked the younger pokemon who both gave a slight cheer in agreement. LEO XANDER LOCKWARD "Chespy! Come on!" the groans of a sleepy Leo could be heard as he nudged the grass type pokemon who clearly enjoyed napping as much as his trainer, if not even more. The young pokemon tossed and turned a few moments longer when Freya the most mature of the teen's pokemon approached with a huff. With one swift swing of her hoof, the grass type leapt up, a look of tired upset very clearly plastered on his face. "Well, you wouldn't listen to me, you can't complain!" Leo chuckled as he lowered himself to pet the pokemon. It was time once again for another training session, and this time Chespy was up, he was the youngest and currently weakest of the group. They began their walk to the dojo, much the same as every other time, however there was one slight difference. Leo was cradling a pokemon egg this time around, freshly obtained he was excited to see what would hatch. Upon entry to the dojo, the trainer approached the receptionist and signed the grass type up for a session in the strength training room, before making their way to the room. Within the room there was a track with a large cylindrical block designed for Chespy to push to the end and increase his physical strength, with some training dummies to practice his attacks on. "Okay buddy. Let's start with pushing the block to the back of the room. Give it all you've got!" the teen commanded. The grass type nodded and rushed his way across to the block, slowly pushing it with all the might he could muster, inch by inch until it reached the end. Panting slightly the small pokemon walked back to the trainer and sat down trying to catch his breath. "Well done buddy!" the teen chirped, giving him a soft pet before turning to Ember and Freya who were watching over the pokemon egg. "You two are doing great too! You're going to he great big sisters!" he chuckled. Chespy soon stood up and readied himself into a battle stance, before performing a rollout on the first few dummies dotted around the area, before leaping up and finishing the remainder with a slash of the vine whip he had mustered. LEO XANDER LOCKWARD Dojo time again - but this day would be slightly different. There was a new addition to the team in the form of a baby Shulian Axew. Leo was so excited by the hatching of the pokemon, and with all the recent happenings and it's typing, the teen had opted to name the dragon type Angel, which was the nickname he had given a certain someone who was a great lover of the dragon type pokemon. It was unusual for Leo to be up and raring to go, however he wanted to let the baby dragon type have it's own turn at the dojo, as his other three pokemon had already done beforehand. Strangely, Ember, Freya and Chespy were also eagerly awaiting the day, seemingly all incredibly excited to cheer on their new little brother. The group soon arrived at the dojo and entered the room that they would use for their session this week. Ember, Freya and Chespy all took their spot at the side of the room ready to watch the Axew carry out his first training session, all feeling rather excitable, including Freya who was usually more serious. "Okay Angel. Just do the best that you can today! Use your scratch attack on the posts over there!" he spoke softly to the baby dragon who took a moment shifting his gaze between Leo and the posts he had been commanded to attack, before giving the teen an affirmative nod. The baby dragon type pottered over to the multiple posts and scratched at them with all of his might, chipping away at the structure of each. The three sibling all cheering eagerly from the sidelines, causing Leo to beam proudly. They were all so amenable to each other, it was nice. "Way to go Angel! You did great!" the teen cheered as he made his way over to the dragon who, although panting from the work out, was flashing a proud smile to his trainer. "Let's go guys! Time to relax!" A new week dawned upon Leo and his troupe of pokemon which was growing ever bigger by the day. The teen had decided to have a lay in, rather than try to be the first one at the dojo. It made little difference anyway, they would still get a room to train in and at least this way, he wouldn't feel so exhausted.  Approaching the large building once again, Leo entered swiftly, approaching the receptionist and obtaining a pass to the speed training room. This would come in handy for Sir Munchy, Leo's newly acquired Munchlax. He was slightly on the heavier side so balancing that out with the speed training, Leo figured would be beneficial.  "Come on Munch! Let's get you set up on this running machine!" Leo chirped to his new friend who would simply roll his eyes in an unimpressed manner before slowly stepping up.  <Why on earth would you make me run? Can't we just eat instead?> the Munchlax began to complain, looking, wishfully to the human.  "Tell you what. You do this, and then we can go and get some pancakes!" the teen bargained, hoping that would be the motivation Sir Munchy would need to get himself going.  Evidently, the thought of getting the food was more than enough for the Munchlax to begin running on the machine for a while before Leo would gradually increase the speed, more and more.  When it became apparent the Munchlax was at his limits, Leo walked over to the machine and powered it down, the speed gradually slowing until Sir Munchy had come to a stand still, panting and trying to catch his breath.  <I'll take those pancakes now.>
